The president of Dalian Jiayang, Mr. Hui Xu, founded the company in 1992. Under his leadership, the company grew quickly from a small factory to a leading exporter of wood flooring. In the past 3 years alone, the company has averaged a 60% expansion each year. He is a "hands-on" president and is often found in the factory checking things with his calipers and supervising all aspects of production.

Mr. Joseph Hong, as General Manager supervises all the various divisions of the company, including purchasing, production and sales.
Mr. Hong has been with the company since it was founded. He has been in the wood industry for almost 10 years, and is very experienced in hardwood flooring production.

Mr. Qingsong Wang joined Dalian Jiayang in 1994 and is the International Sales Manager. Previously he had taught at Harbin Engineering University.
His parents must have known that he would go into the wood business, because his first name, "Qingsong " means "pine tree".
